- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been with Nick's agency and American Family for 9 years now and would highly recommend this Agency. When I was out of town traveling on business we had some roof damage due to a storm. I called Nick at 7 PM that night and he came out with a roofer at 8 AM the next morning to get a temporary repair on the roof. When I returned home later in the week he had the claim files. Weeks later when the adjuster came with the roofer Nick was also present to be informed about the estimate. Nick did not have to be there but he was and that is the kind of agent he is. He wants to know and see for himself when he can the issues.. Everything went very well for the roof replacement claim. Late last year we reviewed our homeowners policy and Nick went through the entire policy updating it as needed. You hear on the radio about these insurance companies that can save you all this money on bundling your insurance. I went to several of them for a comparison quote and they were a minimum of $500 higher than American Family for exactly the same coverages. The staff in Nick's office is also outstanding and I feel a representative of him. They are always there to assist no matter if it is a question or processing a claim. Service is important and they are down to earth folks that are there to assist you.September 16, 2017by Bill B
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I made contact with Nick in 2009 after moving to an apartment in Bloomington and needed insurance. Nick was honest and did a great job with the coverage. I then moved to a home in N. Minneapolis, when needing my policy changed for the mortgage company and to have everything at time of closing Nick and his agency were on top of it. Nick reviews clients insurance, remembers special days for them, and takes care of the clients. This is an agent, an agency and a company that I love doing business with.
